Senior Consultant - Development Advisory

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is looking for an experienced Consultant in Management Consulting to join its Consulting, Strategy and Advisory team in Riyadh. The Senior Consultant leads defined workstreams on high-impact management consulting and transformation engagements, turning complex organisational and operational challenges into clear, evidence-based recommendations. The role works in multidisciplinary teams and supports projects across KSA and the wider Middle East and Africa region; travel may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on strategy, transformation, operating model and organisational improvement engagements, analysing client challenges and producing practical recommendations.
• Design target operating models, organisation structures, governance frameworks and organisational capabilities.
• Carry out benchmarking, process assessment and re-engineering, and support transformation and change programmes from design through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Deliver workstreams to quality, accuracy and time, managing scope, budget and risks, and preparing reports, executive presentations and business cases.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops and meetings, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals, methodologies and client presentations, and coach and support consultants, analysts and graduates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field; MBA or relevant Master's preferred.
• Typically 6+ years of management consulting experience; Big Four or leading consultancy experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrable experience leading consulting workstreams independently.
• Experience in target operating model design, organisation design, governance, process assessment and benchmarking, and organisational capability assessment.
• Experience supporting major transformation programmes and change management initiatives.
