Senior Consultant – Global Reporting & Compliance (Jeddah)

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Global Reporting and Compliance (GCR) team in Jeddah. You will lead complex tax engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure high‑quality delivery of compliance and reporting services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multi‑disciplinary teams on tax compliance and reporting projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day client engagements, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, identify risks, and drive performance‑improvement solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive learning culture.
• Maintain strong internal and external relationships and uphold EY’s Tax Quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, taxation or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) or professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, tax accounting, and tax auditing, preferably within a large professional services firm.
• Proven managerial and project‑management experience.
• Experience working with multinational clients in a multicultural environment.
