Senior Customer Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Account Manager to work remotely and drive sales growth for our partner’s high‑tech portfolio. You will nurture strategic relationships with key end‑user and value‑added reseller accounts, shaping solutions that meet the unique demands of data‑center, AI, and HPC environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic end‑user and reseller accounts.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored high‑speed cable and optic transceiver solutions.
• Create and execute annual sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with inside, outside, and third‑party sales teams to implement go‑to‑market strategies.
• Track and report on sales KPIs, pipeline health, and partner performance.
• Explore new market segments and recommend innovative penetration approaches.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% based on business needs.
