About the role

Proofpoint is seeking a senior‑level Customer Success Account Manager to lead the post‑sales relationship with enterprise customers across the Middle East, based in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring clients realize the full value of Proofpoint’s cybersecurity solutions, driving renewals and expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through every phase of their Proofpoint journey, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update Customer Success Plans aligned with each client’s strategic objectives.
• Secure internal approvals for success initiatives and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Drive renewal and add‑on transactions by demonstrating measurable ROI.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and issues with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with senior technical and security stakeholders to address complex requirements.
