Senior Cybersecurity Specialist – Advanced Threat & Risk Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of advanced security solutions across our IT infrastructure, applications, cloud environments and data assets. The role combines hands‑on engineering with strategic governance to protect the organization against evolving threats.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, IAM, PAM and other security monitoring platforms.
• Develop and enhance security architecture for enterprise networks, systems, applications and cloud services.
• Manage security tools, policies, rules and configurations to improve threat detection and prevention.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and security hardening activities.
• Analyze security alerts, investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate remediation.
• Monitor emerging threats, lead incident‑response actions and improve SIEM detection rules.
• Ensure compliance with NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls, PDPL and other regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, produce technical evidence and maintain security documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and evaluate new security technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity engineering, threat detection, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Proven ability to work across IT infrastructure, application development and business teams.
