Senior Data Management & Power BI Specialist

About the role

CCDS is looking for an experienced Senior Data Management & Power BI Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will support data management initiatives, find ways to turn data into business value, and build Power BI solutions that help people make informed decisions. The role calls for a native Arabic speaker who is also fluent in written and spoken English.

Key responsibilities

• Implement data management practices covering data governance, data quality, metadata and data lifecycle management.
• Work with stakeholders to identify, assess and prioritise data use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Define KPIs to measure data value and the business impact of data initiatives.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and analytical solutions.
• Develop and optimise data models using DAX, Power Query and SQL.
• Gather business requirements and turn them into clear technical specifications.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency across reporting sources.
• Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation and support knowledge transfer to business users.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data management, business intelligence and analytics.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and data value.
• Proven experience turning business needs into dashboards, KPIs and actionable insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.

• Preferred: familiarity with NDMO standards, enterprise data platforms and data integration, and certifications such as CDMP or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
