Senior Data Scientist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to design and operate the data and AI infrastructure that powers our high‑stakes finance automation platform. This fully remote position offers high ownership and direct collaboration with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes and real‑time workflows.
• Architect the data and AI foundation enabling advanced automation.
• Develop, optimize and productionize ML and LLM models and pipelines.
• Own critical components of the data platform as it scales to production.
• Define best practices for data engineering and AI lifecycle management.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate complex finance requirements into intelligent systems.

Required profile

• Deep experience with data architecture and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to build end‑to‑end production‑grade data and AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of scalability, reliability and performance constraints.
• Comfortable operating in zero‑to‑one, high‑ambiguity environments.
• Strong technical judgment and ownership mindset.
• Background in B2B SaaS or Fintech is a plus.
