Senior Developer

About the role

Assystem, a global energy transition company active in 12 countries, is hiring a Senior Developer in Riyadh. The role covers the full software lifecycle: developing and extending applications, reviewing code, testing, deploying releases and supporting production issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead approved application development, customizations and platform extensions according to approved requirements and architecture.
• Perform code reviews, enforce secure coding practices and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Develop and run automated testing, unit testing and support performance, regression and security testing.
• Investigate and resolve complex defects and Level 3 production incidents, and prepare release packages for deployment, rollback and hypercare.
• Maintain source code repositories, version control and change management records, and provide evidence of testing, code quality and deployment validation.
• Analyze production issues, investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Document maintainable solutions, technical designs, configurations and support procedures, and support continuous improvement of performance, reliability, security and maintainability.

Required profile

• Reasonable experience with the tools and technologies listed below.
• Ability to deliver extensions, reports, APIs, integrations and workflow automation, and to show measurable business or operational outcomes.

Required skills

• Oracle, engineering, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, BPM and custom applications.
• REST APIs, custom code, reports and business-process automation.
• Unreal Engine, Perforce, Pixel Streaming and NVIDIA Omniverse where assigned to visualization platforms.
• Languages, frameworks and tools such as C#.NET, JavaScript, Python and SQL.
