Senior Director – Finance Operations (N-2)

About the role

This confidential senior finance position reports directly to the CFO and sits N‑2 to the CEO of a large, publicly regulated organization in Saudi Arabia. The role leads the full finance operations function, covering accounting, financial control, treasury, credit management, procurement and finance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial reporting, accounting operations and delivery of audited IFRS‑compliant financial statements.
• Lead financial control, treasury operations, liquidity planning and tax governance.
• Drive enterprise credit management, collections strategy and working‑capital optimisation (DSO).
• Oversee procurement and cost governance for non‑medical spend.
• Lead finance transformation, automation and PMO initiatives.
• Provide financial impact assessment and decision support for strategic and transformation programmes.

Required profile

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong background in controllership, regulatory reporting and financial governance.
• Deep IFRS expertise and proven experience managing audited financial statements, external auditors and audit committees.
• Extensive experience across treasury, tax, AP/AR and working‑capital management.
• Background in large corporates, listed companies, healthcare/insurance, banking, Big 4 or complex multinational finance structures.
• CPA or SOCPA qualification preferred.
• Saudi national, based in the Kingdom or internationally.
