Senior Document Controller – Aviation Projects

About the role

WSP Middle East is looking for a Senior Document Controller to support design‑led aviation projects in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures effective document control, project administration and coordination across multidisciplinary design teams working on complex airport and aviation infrastructure programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, manage and maintain project document control systems in line with WSP and client procedures.
• Register, distribute, track and archive all project documents, ensuring version control and timely circulation.
• Support document submissions to clients, authorities and external parties, complying with agreed workflows and timelines.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to aviation design teams and project managers, including meeting coordination and action‑log maintenance.
• Liaise with architecture, engineering, planning and specialist consultants to ensure smooth information flow and compliance with quality, audit and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Document Controller or Project Administrator on aviation, infrastructure or design‑based projects.
• Strong knowledge of document control processes, workflows and best practices.
• Experience working in the Middle East and familiarity with consultant‑led design environments is an advantage.
