Senior Equities Analyst - Buy Side

About the role

A well-established organisation in the banking and financial services sector is recruiting a Senior Equities Analyst for its buy side, based in Riyadh on a permanent basis. The role drives investment strategy through in-depth equity research and contributes to investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive equity research and analysis to support investment decisions.
• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the equities market.
• Develop and present financial models and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on market trends, economic developments and industry dynamics.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to align research insights with investment strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements in the sector.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimise portfolio performance.

Required profile

• Educational qualification in finance, economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills focused on equities research.
• Proven ability to develop and evaluate financial models.
• Arabic speaker based in Riyadh.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
