Senior Facilities Manager

About the role

The Senior Facilities Manager will lead the planning and execution of all general services related to facilities management for Noon’s operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring safety, compliance and cost‑effective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planning of General Services activities and develop a comprehensive facility management program.
• Implement preventative maintenance and life‑cycle requirements for all assets.
• Develop SLAs, KPIs and response & resolution matrices for contracts.
• Conduct monthly KPI compliance sessions with contractors to evaluate performance.
• Supervise electrical and mechanical safety components and ensure proper operation.
• Manage the reactive/corrective work‑order queue and prepare management reports.
• Monitor material requests for spares and coordinate operational activities to meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly property inspection reports and project progress updates.
• Develop strategies to achieve maximum energy savings and ensure health‑safety compliance.
• Prepare permits and documentation required before job execution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in e‑commerce facilities management.
• Strong analytical skills and solid business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build stakeholder relationships.
• Proven experience as a business partner delivering decision‑support and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to lead and develop multicultural project teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
