Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead advanced financial analysis, planning, and performance monitoring for our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on cost efficiency, production performance and supporting management in optimizing plant utilization and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑term financial planning aligned with production schedules and sales pipelines.
• Develop and maintain product costing models, analyze cost drivers and perform detailed variance analysis.
• Review purchase requisitions and orders, ensure proper expense allocation, and monitor budget utilization.
• Track operational KPIs such as capacity utilization, yield, scrap rates and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Build financial models for production scenarios, conduct sensitivity analyses and provide margin impact insights.
• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis and board‑level production‑linked financial insights.
• Monitor inventory levels, assess working‑capital impact and support inventory‑optimization projects.
• Continuously improve planning, costing and reporting tools within the ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in FP&A or cost analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in costing, budgeting and financial controls.
• Proven ability to partner with plant, engineering and procurement teams.
