About the role
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Group FP&A team. This role suits an experienced finance professional from a fintech, payments or startup background who is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, working closely with business unit stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership.
- Build, maintain and improve financial models to support business planning and decision‑making.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, including the use of AI tools.
- Support the rollout and ongoing use of Oracle EPM for budgeting, forecasting and planning.
- Partner with SQL/BI tools to extract, analyse and present financial and operational data.
- Liaise with finance, operations and commercial teams in a collaborative manner.
- Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and business cases for strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial reporting outputs.
- Prepare commentary and presentation materials for quarterly board reporting.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an FP&A or financial analysis role, preferably within fintech, payments or a fast‑moving startup.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial modelling and pivot tables.
- Experience with SQL and/or reporting automation tools.
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM or a similar planning system is a strong plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate financial analysis and reporting.
- Accounting qualification such as ACCA or Saudi‑recognized equivalent (e.g., SOCPA) preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
- Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and able to work with large datasets.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and keen to drive reporting improvements.
- Saudi national (role designated for Saudization).
