Senior Full Stack Engineer - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help train next‑generation AI systems. Your domain expertise will guide how models learn, reason, and perform using high‑quality real‑world data. No prior AI experience is required – your technical depth matters most.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and Java.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend feature development, ensuring high‑quality user experiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a distributed remote team.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and version control (Git).
