Senior HCM Functional Consultant (ERP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within an enterprise ERP environment. The role combines deep HR process knowledge with hands‑on ERP expertise to drive end‑to‑end transformation projects for our clients, particularly in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle HCM ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to post‑go‑live support.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing and validation.
• Analyze HR business processes and recommend best‑practice ERP solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and design artefacts.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability.
• Engage stakeholders to understand needs and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with governance, information‑security and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field.
• 9–10 years of functional ERP experience, including at least 3 years in a similar senior role.
• Proven experience in the construction industry.
• Hands‑on experience with HCM ERP implementations and support.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and ERP best practices.
• Relevant ERP‑related certifications are highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
