Senior Human Capital & Admin Specialist

About the role

Quant, a Saudi enterprise focused on data science and AI SaaS products for real estate and retail, is looking for a Senior Human Capital & Admin Specialist to streamline and improve the Shared Services Department. The role covers shared services operations, including payroll, so that employees get a smooth and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in human capital operations, including onboarding and offboarding
• Manage employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate benefits administration and support employee inquiries
• Collaborate with the human capital team on initiatives and projects, including payroll management
• Process and manage payroll for employees
• Support HRIS and ATS systems, data entry and reporting
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Help organize events, training and activities, and contribute to process improvements
• Stay updated on human capital trends, especially payroll and benefits administration

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education or a related field
• Proven experience in human capital operations
• Certifications such as CIPD or SHRM preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in English and Arabic

Required skills

• Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll and record keeping
• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems
• Familiarity with human capital policies and procedures
