Senior IAM Engineer (RSA G&L) - 2 Positions

About the role

Two positions are open for Senior IAM Engineers (RSA G&L) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role covers configuring, developing rules and workflows, integrating with applications, enhancing and administering the RSA Governance & Lifecycle (G&L) solution, and managing its support and operations. Candidates should have experience delivering these activities for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the RSA G&L solution in line with customer requirements and integrate it with diverse systems and applications, following secure coding, testing and documentation best practices.
• Lead the design, architecture and end-to-end implementation of complex Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and documentation.
• Customize IGA integrations with third-party applications using Java, SQL, REST APIs and SCIM.
• Gather client requirements, run technical workshops and turn them into robust technical solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues and work with product engineering and operations teams.
• Lead project quality assurance, including technical QA reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computer science.
• At least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years installing, configuring and integrating RSA G&L products.
• Hands-on experience delivering at least 3 independent end-to-end IGA projects, including use-case documentation, design, architecture, development, testing, deployment and post-deployment support.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing, knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Fluent verbal and written English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Expertise in IGA: User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Auditing, Access Certification and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Knowledge of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA and PAM.
• Java/J2EE, BeanShell/JavaScript, XML, SQL, REST/SOAP web services, LDAP directories and Unix/Linux environments.
• Scripting (Unix shell/Perl) and automation of batch jobs.

Budget: 24 LPA INR plus a per diem of approximately 14k to 15k SAR.
