Senior Implementation Engineer

About the role

Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver end‑to‑end software implementation projects, ensuring solutions are configured, tested, and deployed to meet client business processes and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource needs, and risk assessments.
• Prepare, install, and configure software and hardware environments according to client specifications.
• Customize settings, integrate with existing systems and databases, and conduct thorough functional, performance, and security testing.
• Provide training, create user guides, and deliver ongoing technical support during and after deployment.
• Communicate progress, gather client feedback, and act as the liaison between clients and technical teams.
• Document implementation processes, produce status reports, and contribute to best‑practice procedures.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English and Arabic.
