Senior Infrastructure & Active Directory Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure & Active Directory Engineer to join our Riyadh team. You will be responsible for designing, operating, and supporting the enterprise IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, including domain controllers, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, OU structures, replication and troubleshooting.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), file and print servers, and Hyper‑V or VMware platforms.
• Support Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Intune in hybrid configurations.
• Monitor performance, availability and security; perform upgrades, patching, backup and disaster‑recovery tasks.
• Implement security hardening, assist network/security teams during incidents, and produce technical documentation and diagrams.
• Provide L2/L3 support, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to infrastructure projects and migrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in infrastructure administration and Active Directory management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities in fast‑paced enterprise environments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; fluent English (Arabic a plus).
