Senior Interface Engineer (Construction)

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Senior Interface Engineer for a position based in Saudi Arabia, working on site in the KeBR department. The engineer oversees the management of interfaces within construction projects, ensuring smooth integration and communication between engineering, procurement and construction teams, and helps identify and resolve interface challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in interface management or engineering roles within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing complex interfaces among diverse teams in large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, industry standards and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and strong leadership with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management tools and interface management software.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address interface issues.
