Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer you will design, implement and maintain critical IT infrastructure at the site, reporting to the IT Manager. You will work closely with business teams, remote support groups and act as the escalation point for technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain networking and computing systems to ensure availability during production hours.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless APs, structured cabling, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and TCP/IP.
• Lead site‑level projects, manage change requests and keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify root causes of operational issues, drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Mentor IT Support Technicians, provide technical guidance and support recruitment.
• Support customers across multiple buildings, manage contractor relationships and procure equipment within budget.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
• 2+ years troubleshooting in high‑availability, multi‑user environments.
• 2+ years experience in PC repair, deployment and liquidation.
• 2+ years delivering client, server and network services.
• 2+ years networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years supporting corporate Windows, macOS or Linux operating systems.

Required skills

• Windows Server, Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
• Networking fundamentals: routers, switches, wireless APs, structured cabling, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSL, OSI Model.
• PC hardware repair and deployment.
• Support for Windows, macOS and Linux desktops.
