Senior Landscape Architect

About the role

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join its team in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the design and planning of outdoor spaces, working with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing landscape solutions. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead landscape design projects from concept through to completion, including site analysis, design development and detailing.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects and other stakeholders to align projects with their goals and expectations.
• Carry out site assessments and environmental analyses to inform design decisions using sustainable practices and materials.
• Prepare detailed design presentations, reports and documentation for regulatory approvals and client reviews.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources while meeting quality standards and environmental regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and team members.
• Keep up with industry trends, materials and technologies, and build client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio showing diverse project types.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Licensure as a Landscape Architect (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Familiarity with local and regional landscape architecture principles and trends in Saudi Arabia is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainable practices and horticultural science.
• Use of landscape design software.
• Project management, including budgets, schedules and client expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
