Senior Landscape Architect – Saudi National

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly talented Senior Landscape Architect to lead landscape architecture assignments on a major project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing design development, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct architectural studies, develop design concepts and design criteria, and prepare related reports.
• Review CAD/BIM drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, and color boards prepared by architectural designers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Provide technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.
• Interface with suppliers, review supplier drawings and samples, and perform technical bid analyses.
• Coordinate work with units at the project site and review, approve, and issue detailed drawings and specifications prepared by others.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years on public‑realm projects.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with designers.
