Senior Legal Analyst

About the role

The Senior Legal Analyst will support the development and maintenance of TMC’s legal framework, focusing on local content and government procurement regulations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves researching international best practices, identifying gaps, and advising stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on international best practices applicable to TMC guidelines and recommend relevant practices to senior management.
• Perform gap analysis of current laws, policies, and processes against best practices for local content and government procurement.
• Suggest implementation guidelines for procurement law to achieve compliance with current regulations.
• Assist in drafting local content and government procurement laws and regulations.
• Raise awareness among stakeholders on governance standards and legislative requirements.
• Provide policy and regulation advice to enable accurate decision‑making.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks related to local content and procurement.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables.
• Handle collection claim cases transferred from the collection team, including commercial, legal, fraud, and labor cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law (minimum), preferably with professional legal certifications.
• 3–8 years of experience in legal affairs management, legal research, investigation, data analysis, and legal correspondence, preferably within a public entity in KSA.
