Senior Legal Associate & Of Counsel Positions – Riyadh & Jeddah

About the role

MCO Almulhim Law Firm, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading law firms, is expanding its legal team in Riyadh and Jeddah. We are seeking experienced senior associates in corporate & commercial law, litigation & dispute resolution, as well as senior lawyers who wish to join us as Of Counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex corporate and commercial transactions, manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Handle high‑stakes litigation and arbitration matters before Saudi courts and quasi‑judicial committees.
• Develop and grow an established client portfolio, supporting the firm’s strategic growth and partnership pathway.
• Provide mentorship to junior lawyers and collaborate with cross‑functional practice groups.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.M. a plus for corporate role); Saudi bar admission is mandatory.
• 7–10 years of post‑qualification experience for senior associate roles; 10+ years for Of Counsel.
• Saudi national with a proven record of client development and a strong professional network.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters and deliver successful outcomes.

Required skills

• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong advocacy, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi corporate law, commercial law, and procedural law.
• Experience with arbitration and dispute‑resolution processes.
