As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will act as a strategic partner to our local teams, ensuring excellence in legal compliance and supporting large-scale, high-impact projects across the Kingdom.

Missions principales

• Manage daily legal functions and responsibilities for AECOM operations within Saudi Arabia.
• Provide proactive, relevant, and rapid legal advice to support diverse business activities.
• Review and provide expert legal opinions on tenders, contracts, employment agreements, MoUs, and guarantees.
• Support Business Managers on tender processes and strategic operational matters.
• Advise on legal obligations and risk mitigation related to ethics and compliance laws.
• Conduct regular training sessions on current legal developments and regulatory changes.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, governance requirements, and local laws.
• Participate in project reviews and audits as required.
• Develop and manage standardized legal document templates (consultancy contracts, sub-consultancy agreements, etc.).

Profil recherché

• Minimum of 8 years of post-admission legal experience.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic (written and oral) is mandatory.
• Proven experience working within a top-tier law firm or a major international corporation.
• Deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in the Middle East, specifically Saudi Arabia.
• Strong ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and provide strategic business support.
