About the role
KONE is seeking an energetic Senior Logistics Specialist to manage day‑to‑day activities of local logistics service providers, ensuring efficient material flow, reliable deliveries and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organise transport of material from overseas and local suppliers to warehouses.
- Handle customs and broker information, process required shipping documents for local authorities.
- Coordinate delivery of materials from warehouse to site and manage consolidation for site delivery.
- Work with outsourced logistics providers, order transportation services and review invoices/PO differences.
- Allocate logistics costs to appropriate cost categories and projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5‑7 years of logistics experience.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation and customs clearance.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Customs clearance knowledge.
- Shipping documentation process expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
