Senior Manager – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Finance Operations

About the role

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is seeking a senior leader to own and optimise the end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash cycles. You will drive accuracy, timeliness and compliance across all supplier and customer financial transactions while supporting the company’s ambitious coastal development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, overseeing invoice processing, three‑way matching, GRIR clearing, payment runs and vendor master governance.
• Manage the full AR cycle, including customer invoicing, cash application, collections, credit control, dispute resolution and provisioning for credit losses.
• Supervise two junior team leads and their teams, set objectives, monitor KPIs, allocate workload and develop talent.
• Monitor and improve working capital metrics (DPO, DSO, ageing, unapplied cash) and partner with Treasury on short‑term cash‑flow forecasting.
• Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement of finance processes on SAP and ensure audit readiness.
• Act as escalation point for internal and external stakeholders on AP/AR matters.

Required profile

• Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in AP/AR management within a large, multi‑entity organisation.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop finance teams.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, delegation of authority policies and corporate finance controls.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse working‑capital performance and implement corrective actions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP finance modules.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
