Senior Manager - Communications Consultancy

About the role

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Manager to lead communications consultancy for its Middle‑East clients. You will act as the primary liaison between the agency and existing clients, shaping communication strategies that align with business objectives and marketing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and ensure seamless communication between the agency and clients.
• Support the Associate Business Director in developing and delivering effective communication strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple clients and projects to guarantee cohesive campaign execution.
• Monitor communication trends, conduct competitive audits, and produce regular reports.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and oversee allocated resource teams.
• Supervise, inspire, and mentor executive team members.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the advertising, social media, and media industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Experience in translating industry insights into strategic recommendations.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships efficiently.
