Senior Manager Logistics Systems

About the role

The Senior Manager – Logistics Systems will lead the strategy, design and operation of Red Sea Coastal Trading Company's B2B and B2C digital marketplaces, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and delivering reliable, secure, and scalable capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the marketplace strategy, product roadmap and prioritized backlog, translating business priorities into phased releases and measurable outcomes.
• Lead platform selection, architecture design and RFP processes, delivering a solution architecture that covers storefronts, mobile apps, seller services, order management, APIs, security and scalability.
• Develop B2B capabilities such as account structures, purchasing approvals, contract pricing, credit‑limit controls and self‑service returns.
• Implement B2C web and mobile features including registration, search, cart, checkout, promotions, loyalty, local payment options and bilingual (Arabic/English) experiences.
• Enable supplier and seller onboarding, product catalog management, stock and pricing feeds, commission rules and settlement reporting.
• Design order management and fulfillment workflows across warehouse‑stock, supplier‑fulfilled and flow‑through channels, coordinating with warehouse, transport and customer service teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale digital marketplace projects in a logistics or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, procurement, inventory and last‑mile delivery.
