Senior Manager, Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Procurement to lead our Vendor Relationship Management function. The role will oversee the full vendor lifecycle, from pre‑qualification through sourcing, performance appraisal and ongoing governance, ensuring alignment with ROSHN’s commercial policy and supply‑chain objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle management, including pre‑qualification (PQQ) and sourcing activities.
• Develop and maintain bidder lists and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Conduct regular vendor performance appraisals and enforce governance standards.
• Ensure a compliant, high‑performing supplier base that supports effective sourcing decisions and mitigates delivery risks.
• Provide data‑driven insights for continuous improvement of procurement processes and project outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or supply‑chain management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of vendor qualification, sourcing strategies and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders to uphold commercial policies.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills backed by data‑driven approaches.
