Senior Manager – Smart Cities & Digital Strategy

About the role

PWC Middle East is seeking a Senior Manager to lead high‑impact, strategic engagements focused on Smart Cities and Digital Strategy across the region. The role involves shaping digital frameworks, platforms and governance models that enable sustainable, data‑driven urban environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to design and implement smart‑city digital strategies.
• Develop and oversee digital twins, IoT ecosystems, and emerging technology solutions.
• Define governance, data‑management and cybersecurity standards for city‑scale projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end digital transformation.
• Provide thought leadership on urban innovation, AI, and advanced analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of consulting experience, preferably in digital strategy or smart‑city projects.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑disciplinary engagements.
• Strong understanding of Saudi and broader Middle‑East market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
