Senior Manager, Staff Accommodation Asset Management

About the role
Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead asset management and operational oversight of its staff accommodation portfolio within the Qiddiya City development. The role will ensure that accommodation assets are fully operational, scalable and aligned with world‑class standards as they come to market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate pre‑opening, opening and stabilization of staff accommodation assets, collaborating with development, design, project management, operators and service partners.
- Take immediate accountability for the 1,867‑room asset scheduled for delivery in 2026‑2027 and for subsequent assets beyond 2027.
- Establish and govern standardized readiness processes and operating models to enable consistent performance, scalability and long‑term portfolio resilience.
- Champion Qiddiya City’s ambition to be a world‑class destination by defining, aligning and embedding portfolio‑wide standards for asset performance, resident experience, service quality and operational excellence.
- Provide asset management leadership and performance management across the growing portfolio, which is expected to reach approximately 13,000 residential units by 2030.
Required profile
- Senior‑level professional with experience in asset management and operational oversight of staff accommodation or residential portfolios.
- Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong focus on scalability, efficiency, cost control, sustainability and long‑term asset value.
