Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development, Marketing

About the role

The Senior Managing Consultant will partner with senior marketing leaders across the region to design and deliver high‑impact marketing and customer engagement solutions, driving revenue growth for Mastercard Services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve ambitious revenue targets for marketing solutions across multiple markets.
• Build and deepen senior relationships with CMOs, Heads of Marketing and business leaders at priority clients.
• Design integrated, outcome‑focused marketing and engagement solutions based on client priorities.
• Develop value‑based narratives, proposals and business cases, and manage engagements end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, account management and delivery teams to shape client propositions.

Required profile

• Proven commercial track record in client development across marketing, partnerships, media or experiential solutions.
• Established senior marketing relationships in the GCC region; financial services experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling, executive presence and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic highly desirable.

Required skills

• Broad fluency across the marketing mix with depth in at least one area such as brand campaigns, performance marketing, customer acquisition, partnerships or ROI measurement.
• Commercially minded, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage pipelines, forecasting and deadlines.
