Senior Marketing Consultant (KSA)

About the role

Pleny is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Consultant to join its team in Saudi Arabia. You will partner with public and private sector clients to design, execute and scale high‑impact marketing strategies that align with Vision 2030 initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies, brand positioning and integrated marketing plans.
• Craft campaign frameworks that resonate with national initiatives, giga‑projects and cultural shifts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, guiding market expansion, digital transformation and brand repositioning.
• Analyze local consumer behavior, competitor trends and economic indicators to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in performance marketing, PR, localized content, event activations and digital campaigns.
• Establish KPIs, analytics dashboards and reporting to demonstrate ROI and business impact.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage relationships with agencies, media partners and creative vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a strategy consulting, agency or senior advisory role within KSA or GCC.
• Deep understanding of Saudi market nuances, consumer demographics and cultural sensitivities.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) required for senior stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• SEO/SEM expertise.
• Proficiency with Saudi‑focused social media platforms (X, Snapchat, TikTok).
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Ability to manage digital marketing ecosystems.
