Senior Marketing Manager – KSA & MEA

About the role

Valvoline Global Operations is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic market activation across Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the broader Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. You will act as the primary marketing business partner, translating commercial plans into integrated campaigns that drive growth, brand consistency, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional General Managers, Finance and commercial leaders to convert business plans and OGSMs into clear activation roadmaps for KSA and MEA.
• Maintain separate activation priorities, budgets and performance rhythms for each market while ensuring alignment with overall P&L objectives.
• Define and execute market activation initiatives across distributors, customers, channels, product launches, sponsorships, events and trade programmes.
• Lead trade‑marketing and market‑activation teams, establishing governance, decision‑rights and performance metrics.
• Leverage shared EMEA Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, Intelligence and COE capabilities to build a scalable activation model.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, Intelligence, Marketing Operations and Global COEs.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in marketing leadership within automotive, oil or industrial sectors.
• Strong track record of developing and executing regional activation plans that deliver measurable growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders across functions.
• Strategic thinker with a data‑driven approach to market performance.
