Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Marketing Specialist to lead and execute a broad spectrum of marketing initiatives across digital, social, events and branding. The role is based in Riyadh and requires a hands‑on professional who can work independently from planning through performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage social media channels, create content calendars, publish posts and track performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Coordinate the company’s participation in exhibitions, trade shows and corporate events, working with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Develop professional presentations, company profiles and marketing collateral.
• Create or edit design assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator when required.
• Oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, industrial, engineering or technical environment.
• Proven ability to manage marketing activities independently and take full ownership of execution.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
• Based in Riyadh, able to work fully on‑site and join within two weeks.
