Senior Merchandiser

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to strengthen on‑shelf presence of its snack and beverage brands across Saudi Arabia. The role is part of the sales team and focuses on ensuring planograms are followed, executing in‑store sampling and promotions, and providing market insights to the pre‑seller.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned outlets daily according to the journey plan and stock SSFL products at shelves, stands and floor displays.
• Set up and maintain point‑of‑sale (POS) materials next to SSFL displays.
• Ensure all merchandising complies with approved planograms for on‑ and off‑shelf displays.
• Report any non‑compliance or arrangement issues to the pre‑seller immediately.
• Conduct in‑store sampling sessions and promotional activities when required.
• Gather and relay up‑to‑date market information to capture selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence and ability to travel across assigned outlets.
• Strong attention to detail to follow planograms and report deviations.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with pre‑seller and store staff.
• Basic understanding of retail merchandising and promotional execution.
