Senior Network Engineer – Jeddah (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our technical team in Jeddah. You will design, implement and maintain a robust network infrastructure that supports our branches in Jeddah and Makkah, ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise network solutions.
• Manage and maintain switches, routers and servers.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document configurations, procedures and technical recommendations.
• Provide 24/7 technical support to users and departments.
• Conduct field visits to the Makkah branch for on‑site support and maintenance.
• Ensure seamless network connectivity across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• 3‑5 years of experience in network administration and design.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Saudi nationality (Saudi Arabia only).

Required skills

• CCNA certification.
• CCNP certification.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
• Cloud certifications.
• Network design and administration.
• Experience with switches, routers and servers.
• Proficient in TCP/IP networking.
