Senior Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager will lead daily operations across multiple CORE Coffee & Roastery locations in Riyadh, ensuring consistent service standards, profitability, and high‑quality coffee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations at all branches, enforce SOPs and operational standards.
• Monitor store performance metrics (sales, transaction value, labor and food costs, wastage, customer satisfaction) and implement corrective actions.
• Drive revenue growth, support new store openings and expansion initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and operational teams, handling manpower planning, scheduling and productivity.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with HR/Training to improve employee performance.
• Maintain consistent coffee quality, preparation standards, presentation and service across all locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑site retail or food‑service operations.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching store managers.
• Analytical mindset for reviewing KPIs and driving performance improvements.
• Ability to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
