Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant will lead and support end‑to‑end implementations, upgrades and roll‑outs of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring modules, preparing functional documentation and ensuring alignment with HR policies and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades and roll‑outs.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Configure and support core HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scripts, test scenarios and user documentation.
• Lead UAT activities, support user sign‑off and assist with testing, deployment and go‑live readiness.
• Support data migration, reporting, integrations and security setup in coordination with technical teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide post‑go‑live support and coordinate with Oracle Support when required.
• Conduct user training sessions and assist end users during implementation and production phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules and understanding of HR business processes.
• Experience working onsite with business users and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of integrations using HCM Extracts and HDL.
