About the role
HireAlpha is looking for a Senior Pega Business Analyst to join its Riyadh office. The role requires over 10 years of experience in commercial banking and Pega solutions.
Required profile
- 10+ years as a Pega Business Analyst
- Strong commercial banking domain knowledge (preferred)
- Hands‑on experience in commercial lending / loan origination
- Customer‑facing experience with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with business stakeholders, product owners and Pega architects
- Middle East banking / SAMA experience (added advantage)
Required skills
- Pega 8.x, Case Management & DCO
- Requirement gathering, business analysis & process mapping
- UI/UX‑rich project experience
- PCBA certification (highly preferred)
- AI use‑case implementations (additional advantage)
