Senior Presales Consultant – Content

About the role

OpenText is looking for a Senior Presales Consultant – Content to drive its Content, ECM and Information Management business in Saudi Arabia. The role is customer‑facing, partnering with sales, services and partners to win complex enterprise opportunities and guide customers from discovery through to proof‑of‑concept.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from qualification and discovery to closure.
• Lead customer discovery, requirements gathering and solution positioning around Content and ECM challenges.
• Design and present OpenText Content solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations, workshops and executive presentations to technical and business audiences.
• Lead or support RFPs, RFIs, tenders, POCs and technical evaluations.
• Develop solution proposals and value propositions that connect technology to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with system integrators and technology partners on joint customer opportunities.
• Support competitive positioning and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software presales, solution consulting or solution architecture.
• Strong background in Content, ECM, Document Management or Information Management.
• Proven ability to engage senior business and IT stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
• Experience with Saudi customers and knowledge of regulated industries is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
