Senior Presales Solutions Architect

About the role

InnovationTeam is hiring a Senior Presales Solutions Architect in Riyadh. The role leads the technical presales lifecycle for opportunities involving digital solutions, enterprise platforms, microservices, artificial intelligence, data and analytics, business intelligence and telecom solutions. It works closely with sales, delivery, product, architecture, finance, partners and customers to understand business needs, define solution approaches, design technical architectures, prepare proposals, estimate implementation effort and present solutions to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities (RFPs, RFIs, tenders, statements of work) and run Go/No-Go evaluations, then build presales plans and timelines
• Analyse requirements through discovery sessions and turn them into functional and non-functional technical requirements, validated with stakeholders
• Design end-to-end digital architectures, including cloud, on-premises, hybrid and sovereign deployments, with diagrams and technology recommendations
• Design microservices and integration architectures using domain-driven design, API-first principles and event-driven patterns, including containerization and orchestration
• Define AI and generative AI solutions, from use cases and architecture to pilots, proofs of concept and infrastructure requirements
• Design data, analytics and BI solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, dashboards and KPIs
• Design telecom solutions for operators and service providers, covering billing, charging, order management, customer care and service assurance, and apply TM Forum concepts and Open APIs

Required profile

• Strong technical architecture capabilities and telecom industry knowledge
• Proposal development experience, commercial awareness and stakeholder management
• Customer presentation skills
