Senior Procurement Manager – Giga Projects

About the role

Foreground is partnering with a major giga‑project organisation in Riyadh to appoint a Senior Procurement Manager who will drive procurement strategies across complex, high‑value development portfolios. The role requires leading global vendor management, optimising sourcing processes and maintaining commercial discipline throughout multi‑billion‑dollar project pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies for large‑scale, high‑value projects.
• Manage relationships with global vendors, ensuring performance, compliance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Optimise sourcing processes to achieve efficiency and value for money across the project portfolio.
• Maintain commercial discipline and oversight across multi‑billion‑dollar pipelines, monitoring contracts and expenditures.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in procurement management within construction, mega‑projects, EPC or large‑scale infrastructure development.
• Proven negotiation abilities, supplier governance expertise, contract management capability and solid understanding of international procurement standards.
• Analytical mindset, strong commercial awareness and ability to operate effectively under demanding timelines.
