Senior Procurement Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

GeoHarbour Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for major infrastructure projects in Al Khobar. The role involves overseeing the full procurement cycle, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and supporting project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute procurement activities aligned with project requirements and timelines.
• Evaluate, approve, and onboard suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with relevant departments.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions with suppliers.
• Monitor purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure on‑time receipt of goods.
• Prepare procurement reports, track costs, and assess performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships to improve supply‑chain performance.
• Resolve procurement and delivery‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, preferably Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia on infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supply‑chain management, and contracts.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and time‑management abilities.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
