Senior Procurement Specialist – Construction (KSA)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist with a strong background in the Saudi Arabian construction sector. The role focuses on managing high‑value procurement and subcontract packages for large‑scale civil, architectural, and structural projects across KSA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project budgets and local market conditions.
• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing of materials, subcontractors, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Oversee supplier pre‑qualification, registration, performance evaluation, and KPI monitoring.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions, applying FIDIC and value‑engineering principles.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with project, commercial, engineering, finance, and planning teams to align procurement with schedules and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Conduct post‑project reviews to assess supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of procurement experience in large‑scale construction projects.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong knowledge of Saudi construction market and regulations.
• Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
