Senior Product Manager – AI Native ERP for Restaurants

About the role

Foodics is a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment‑tech provider operating across the MENA region. The Senior Product Manager will define and execute the product strategy for Foodics ERP across the Middle East and Egypt, building an AI‑native ERP platform tightly integrated with the Financial Services ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for the AI‑native ERP platform, ensuring end‑to‑end financial workflows for restaurants.
• Design ERP workflows that comply with regional tax authorities (ZATCA, UAE VAT, Egyptian Tax Authority) and support VAT, e‑invoicing, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop AI‑driven automation rules for bookkeeping, reconciliation and transaction categorisation from POS, payments and expenses.
• Ensure seamless integration with Foodics POS, Payments, Inventory, Payroll, banking systems and build APIs for external financial services.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance and finance teams to translate vision into PRDs, roadmaps and execution plans.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of product management experience, with prior ERP experience mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to work with complex financial workflows and automation systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including engineering, compliance and finance.
