Senior Product Manager - Catalog

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Catalog layer that powers all merchant‑facing experiences at Salla. You will shape the strategy, roadmap and execution of product data pipelines that feed storefronts, search, recommendations and external channels across diverse merchant categories.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end catalog strategy, breaking it into quarterly objectives and tracking performance against business targets.
• Prioritise and manage the roadmap for product data creation, enrichment and validation, focusing on downstream impact rather than field count.
• Design tools and processes for merchants, freelancers and operations staff who input catalog data, ensuring usability for non‑technical users.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and data teams to build a configurable catalog engine that supports new categories without code changes.
• Drive AI‑based enrichment, classification, deduplication and taxonomy management to improve data completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor downstream fitness of catalog data in search results, recommendations and channel feeds, and iterate based on metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of product management experience, preferably in e‑commerce or data‑intensive platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering complex data products that serve multiple business units.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate merchant behaviour into product requirements.
